Innovative rebrand for an eco-friendly infrastructure manufacturer

Quantum are a startup who are breathing new life into infrastructure using componentised manufacturing to produce eco-friendly and cost-effective products and components. As the business has evolved they were looking to rebrand to better reflect their offering to customers.
As a startup the founders have been working hard "in their business", winning some great contacts with companies like Network Rail and the Ministry of Defence. However, they felt they hadn't had time to work "on their business", and needed to take stock of how potential customers would portray them.
Quantum had also struggled to register a memorable domain name due to Quantum being such a frequently used word and wanted to review their options.

After initial consultations it was decided to complete a brand workshop with Quantum's management team, distilling the essence of the business and getting under the hood to understand the fundamentals of their market offering.
To resolve the domain name issue, we researched various options and made a compelling "branding" case for registering a one word, premium ".eco" domain instead of their existing abbreviated ".com" extension. This investment helps solidify Quantum's eco-friendly solutions as their main USP and also provides a focus for the business - a key touchpoint in everything they do.
