NW1 Partners are a highly-respected and fast moving company specialising in real estate investment with offices in London, Chicago and New York City.
Their existing website was failing to showcase their unique offering and feedback suggested the content was confusing to potential partners and investors.
It was clear a more modern website was needed to display their current direction and future growth ambitions clearly and precisely.

We started by analysing NW1's existing content across their website and internal documentation to highlight key USP’s with a focus on their strategies and the expertise of the people within the business.
With our findings we developed a content architecture to provide the website with an improved user journey which would lead to better engagement and conversions.

- A minimalist site which utilises micro-interactions and features such as parallax image scrolling to reflect the sophisticated nature of the business.
- The introduction of a CMS has given additional control to the team allowing for regular updates and changes, and one-to-one training will ensure key staff have the technical expertise and confidence to maintain this long term.
