The pandemic hit many businesses hard and Braid Barbers went from two thriving barbers to being closed overnight. The team needed an additional revenue stream to see them through challenging times.
With their barbers closed and a range of hair and skin care products sitting in their shops, they needed an alternative revenue stream and an efficient eCommerce build would provide that for them.

Using their huge Instagram following to direct people to the new website, demand and sales of Braid's range of products grew rapidly.
- Search engine success
As the site was built with search engines in mind, Braid Barbers were soon featured on page 1 of Google on competitive product terms.
We have worked with easiserv for well over 15 years and they have always been receptive to our ideas and found ways to make them work in the digital landscape.
We aren't that computer literate so we were a bit unsure of working with an online shop. Neil showed us how easy it is to run a Shopify store was and we haven't looked back since.
I'd also like to say thanks to the easiserv team for being so responsive during COVID-19. They went above and beyond when announcements were made about lock-downs and re-openings and it really helped us to keep in touch with our customers.
