Web Design Price Guide
How Much Does a Website Cost?
At EASIserv.com we get lots of enquiries about the benefits of a having a website and one of the first questions is usually, "how much does it cost?" As a rule of thumb, the more content development, image creation/editing, that is involved - the more expensive the website. The more money you're prepared to commit to a website project - the more website you'll get for your money. A fairly obvious statement - but true, nevertheless.
Genuinely Affordable?
At EASIserv.com we believe our prices are genuinely affordable - given the quality of the work and the exceptional service we provide. So although we don't quote actual prices here - we do attempt to manage expectations by 'bundling' design features together in the 'packages' that you can follow by the links detailed below. In each case, the packages and final prices are negotiable, after a full requirements capture - and what's shown on each package page is to be taken only as an indication of the likely deliverables.

Payment of Charges?
All charges are payable on delivery of the completed project. However, EASIserv.com do exceptionally offer the facility of a staged payment plan, spreading the payments over an agreed period of time. On the basis that at least 50% of the full charge is paid up front as an initial non-refundable deposit - the rest of the account can be scheduled by a set of regular monthly payments, mutually agreed at the contract stage.
Is Buying an EASIserv.com Website Design - Value for Money ?
By way of response, this question gets a resoundingly loud - YES! Remember, a world-class website can be built for what it might cost you to place a single one-page, one-off advertisement in a trade magazine or in your local newspaper. But which expenditure is likely to produce the better return? Why don't you try both and judge for yourself - we look forward to hearing from you.
Common Sense -v- Nonsense
"It's unwise to pay too much, but it's worse to pay too little. When you pay too much, you lose a little money - that is all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot - it can't be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better."
Professor John Ruskin M.A. (1819-1900)
Contract Maintenance
At EASIserv.com we don't see the relationship ending after the website is delivered. We'd like to stay involved and handle your ongoing maintenance - assuming that you don't want to do it yourself. For those customers who want it - we offer Contract Maintenance (minimum term 1 year) that starts at a (prepaid) monthly minimum rate, based on mutually agreed update levels, website health checks and minor content changes etc.
Alternatively, if you don't want to commit to Contract Maintenance we will be content to carry out ad hoc changes, page updates and amendments, charged by the hour - with a 1 hour minimum charge in each instance.
