Setting up an email account in Outlook 2003

Setting up a new email account is Outlook 2003 is a straightforward process, aided by the built-in email account wizard. You will need either your hosting instructions email (if you are setting up an account to collect the default catch-all mailbox), or the mailbox name and password if you you are setting up an account to collect from a mailbox you have just set up in your site admin panel.

Starting the wizard

To start the new email account wizard, go to the Tools menu, and select E-mail Accounts from the drop-down list. If this option is not available immediately, then you should see an arrow at the bottom of the drop-down list - click this to show all the available options.
