Payment of Charges?

EASIserv.com accept payment by cash, cheque, Direct Debit or electronic funds transfer. Typically, all charges are due and payable to EASIserv.com on delivery of the completed project. However in certain circumstances, as determined by EASIserv.com, this may have included a requirement that 50% of the agreed cost estimate be paid in advance before design work commenced.

EASIserv.com do exceptionally also offer the facility of a staged payment plan, spreading the payments over an agreed period of time. On the basis that at least 50% of the full charge is paid up front as an initial non-refundable deposit - the rest of the account can be scheduled by a set of regular monthly Direct Debit payments, mutually agreed at the contract stage.

Where a preferred maintenance contract or staged monthly payment agreement is in place - EASIserv.com require that a monthly Direct Debit instruction is set up at the outset.
