Neil / Head of New Media Design
After joining EASIserv.com in 2002, Neil qualified as a Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW) and quickly expanded his skillset to include an in-depth knowledge of current web markup or scripting languages, such as PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS - to complement his design background. Neil has also gained expertise in current internet standards, including web browsers and browser specifications. Neil has designed and delivered many customer website projects, ranging from simple 2 page websites all the way up to and including, full blown CMS and Ecommerce websites, each meeting the clients needs and budget. Neil serves as EASIserv.com's main client contact and interface regarding all web or print design issues and represents EASIserv.com in meetings with clients. Neil is also charged with maintaining the integrity of the EASIserv.com brand, in determining standards and style for design capabilities to ensure the highest level of design and coding efficiency - consistent with current standards and trends.

Chris's next step brought him back to Northampton where he took up the role of Graphic Designer within one of the biggest creative marketing agencies outside of London. Here he took his skills and professionalism to the next level playing an integral role in many successful pitches and deliveries. Alongside his skills in print, illustration, branding and conceptualisation Chris has Chris joined EASIserv.com in December 2007 to meet the growing demand for
new websites and brand development. As well as designing and building successful websites
Chris is also recognised as an experienced creative and will bring this flair to

Ross / Head of Internet Marketing
Ross said goodbye to the corporate world in 2005 and successfully launched two of his own online shopping ventures. Here Ross's in-depth knowledge of search marketing ('organic' and PPC) and in particular online marketing solutions and ROI models - proved that he could walk-the-walk, as well as talk-the-talk. Ross joined EASIserv.com in the Autumn of 2005 as Head of Internet Marketing in order to lead EASIserv.com in creating and co-ordinating value-add paid search (PPC) programmes on behalf of clients - as part of a new overall online marketing service strategy. Ross is a qualified “Google Adword Professional”.

Colin is EASIserv.com's Senior Partner and set up the company in April 2000. He has over 30 years experience in an IT / telecommunications environment, ranging from project management through to design and development. 
A graduate of Staffordshire University, class of 2000, Neil initially took up a post as Head of Creative Design at a national educational publisher, based in Northampton (UK). There he was responsible for all of the marketing and promotional designs used by the company - as well as creating and maintaining their large corporate website.
A graduate of Coventry school of Art and Design 2005, Chris initially freelanced before setting up a design company with offices based in the heart of Leamington Spa. There he was responsible for the complete design process from conceptualisation to final execution as well as liaising with clients and developing the company’s identity.
A graduate of University College London, Ross has worked as a specialist in business development for some of the UK's biggest online marketing agencies such as dgm and Webgravity managing their Search Marketing client acquisition strategies. Historically, Ross has been instrumental in overseeing successful search marketing campaigns to businesses of all sizes from SMEs to 'blue-chip' organisations such as easyJet, MBNA Europe, WHSmith and Virgin. He has over seven years of experience in establishing and managing online marketing projects from the development of strategies and forecasting - through to target audience profiling, execution and account management.
