Lets Instruct Case Study

Visit the Lets Instruct WebsiteThe Challenge :
Lets instruct were looking to restructure their business from focusing on UK driving instructor lessons to learner driving lessons in Northampton. To that end they needed to redesign their website (an easiserv build) from one catering for a more mature target audience of 30-40 year olds, to appeal to a younger demographic of 16-18 year olds who were more likely to respond to a brighter more modern site. The sites call to action was a simple contact form which potential drivers would be much more likely to fill out than a long winded form. The site offered several key services of equal importance which all needed to be viewed on arrival.

Background :
Lets Instruct offers high quality Learner Driving lessons, as well as training for prospective Driving Instructors. The site was redesigned to focus on the different products and services offered. You can also apply for a half price first lesson as well as finding lots of useful driving test resources. The business was formed by Matthew Stone and they pride themselves on being thorough and fun.

Strategy / Results :
Each learner driver page features a special offer form so the user would be more likely to contact the company to take advantage of the special offer. The site aimed to capture the excitement often found in first time drivers and very much promote driving as a fun activity rather than an obligation. This sense of fun was captured in our use of imagery which was colourful and often contained images of smiling individuals just having passed their test.

Client Testimonial :

I would like to thank the easiserv.com team for what turned out to be a website that far exceeded my expectations when we first sat down at the office to discuss my requirements. The site is clean, professional, easy to navigate and the design is bang up to date.

I personally found it very difficult to picture what the site might look like and also what features would best suit my company.  Neil, you came up with some great ideas and showed me what other sites easiserv had done before which allowed us to put together a package that has seen our sales increase dramatically.

We now rely on our website for a large proportion of our work.  Most of our work still comes from word of mouth but the website is responsible for bringing in what I call ‘new work’ which is people who before seeing the site had never herd of us and are coming in cold.

Thank you once again
