The Challenge :
Votive Leadership are a well established leadership development training company who were looking to update their flash website to a more modern search engine friendly look and feel to reflect the changes within their company.
Background :
Votive are a Leadership Development company specialising in the development and creation of Leadership behaviours at all levels within the corporate organisation. Beginning with Leading Self they are there throughout the leaders lifecycle, be it designing a solution for those who are Leading Others, Leading Leaders or Leading Organisations. They pride themselves on creating bespoke solutions for each of their client partners and designing programmes which create lasting change.
The Challenge :
The Sensitive Education Consultancy approached us looking for a complete re-brand including logo and stationary design plus producing their first web site to showcase their services. The company were looking for a fresh and modern brand to reflect their approach towards education consultancy.
Background :
Jan Martin (SENSItive Education Consultancy Ltd.) specialises in working with primary and secondary schools, PRUs, Local Authorities, and independent school groups on a range of school improvement activities; self-evaluation, primary and secondary curriculum development, strategies for improving learning and teaching, building effective leadership and management at all levels, and providing strategic and operational advice on developing Inclusion & SEN provision.
The Challenge :
To produce a website which would promote the new gate opening device ‘The AgriWheel’. There are two types of gate; mains powered and solar powered. The site needs to educate the user as to the pros and cons of each device in order to enable visitors to make the correct purchase via the ecommerce site Ultra Secure Direct.
Background :
AgriWheel is a sister company of Ultra Secure Ltd. In 2003 Ultra Secure Ltd became the official distributor of gate opening systems in the North Midlands and quickly began to successfully market and install the systems in larger quantities than the factory. The AgriWheel is an innovative gate which automatically opens and shuts and was originally designed for farmers.
The Challenge :
To produce a fresh looking website which would promote thw companies main services whilst making it easy for site visitors to contact Fibrelec. This site build was a redesign of an existing easiserv.com designed website and needed to reflect the growth of Fibrelec as a company to include their new services in a more concise manner via improved information architecture.

Fibrelec are Fibre Optic & Copper network specialists and offer a range of related services with over 20 years of experience in the industry providing their clients with the highest levels of service and support. We have worked closely with them via search engine optimisation to ensure that their website is well found organically for their key search terms.
MMG Financial are Northampton based financial advisers who required a web presence to showcase their services. We used a simple and clean design which placed an emphasis on the information contained within.
MMG Financial areas a one-stop-shop to help and advise, not only on investments, but on loans, mortgages and debts. The site is easy to navigate and uses fonts and colour schemes which compliment the companies existing brand.
The Challenge :
Our task was to provide a site for Northampton’s premiere personal trainer Becca McLachlan. The site needed to act as a resource documenting the vast range of services Becca offers as well as providing a clear call to action in the form of her telephone number. As well as a new website, Becca also needed a new brand exclusively for the site.
Background :
Becca McLachlan is one of Northampton’s leading personal Trainers with with over 20 successful years in the Fitness Industry winning numerous Regional and National awards. One of the key reasons for Becca’s continued success is that she updates her methodologies; never resting on her laurels.
SEOptimiser is a site which offers the full range of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) services; with the three key features beings organic SEO, Linkbuilding and PayPer Click (PPC).
The site needed to act as a shop window for these key services as well as providing an eye catching graphic style to draw the user in.
SEOptimiser aims to burst the myth that search engine optimisation is a complex subject which takes infinite financial committment from a business owner through informative copy and the use of a captivating flash animation.
The Challenge :
Lets instruct were looking to restructure their business from focusing on UK driving instructor lessons to learner driving lessons in Northampton. To that end they needed to redesign their website (an easiserv build) from one catering for a more mature target audience of 30-40 year olds, to appeal to a younger demographic of 16-18 year olds who were more likely to respond to a brighter more modern site. The sites call to action was a simple contact form which potential drivers would be much more likely to fill out than a long winded form. The site offered several key services of equal importance which all needed to be viewed on arrival.
Background :
Lets Instruct offers high quality Learner Driving lessons, as well as training for prospective Driving Instructors. The site was redesigned to focus on the different products and services offered. You can also apply for a half price first lesson as well as finding lots of useful driving test resources. The business was formed by Matthew Stone and they pride themselves on being thorough and fun.
We have worked with ‘Braid Barbers’ for several years producing numerous pieces of print work (posters, flyers etc.). Having already developed a brand and graphic style during this time (which the client was very pleased with), it was essential the website continued with this style to help build brand recognition. Braid Barbers main requirement was to create an online presence which would provide opening and closing times as well as contact details for it’s three salons. Braid Barbers also told us it was likely that the site would grow in the future, so this is something we needed to bear in mind whilst designing.
Braid Barbers is a successful mens hairdressers in Leaminton Spa with other salons based in Banbury and Milton Keynes. Braid Barbers provides relaxed surroundings and a first class service. Braid Barbers are also known to attract glamorous clientele with Coventry City footballers and celebrities often found in the salon.
To provide a one page website in the style of the existing brand. The page would need to fit all key information (opening / closing times, addresses, phone numbers etc.) above the fold in order for users to find the required information as quickly as possible.
The Challenge:
Babyways were given a government grant to facilitate their new website Babyways.org. The site was to be a small informational based website with the option to call or email Babyways. Baby Ways wanted a W3C Compliant website to drive more business and to act as an information resource for mothers.
Background :
Baby Ways is a site offering breastfeeding services for parents, families and communities. It is run by two enthusiastic women in the form of Ann and Carolyn who both have vast experience in the sector.
